L'applicazione offre due modalità di utilizzo: la ricerca attiva e passiva. Chiunque desideri assumere può decidere di cercare attivamente il candidato ideale tramite la ricerca filtrata e offrire direttamente l'opportunità lavorativa. In alternativa, è possibile pubblicare un’offerta di lavoro e attendere che il nostro algoritmo generi corrispondenze, permettendo così l'arrivo di candidature da valutare.

The application offers two modes of use: active and passive search. Anyone who wants to hire can decide to actively search for the ideal candidate through filtered search and directly offer the job opportunity. Alternatively, you can post a job offer and wait for our algorithm to generate matches, allowing applications to arrive for evaluation.

In seguito alla conclusione di un match, Workings procede automaticamente alla stipula del contratto lavorativo. Tale contratto viene firmato direttamente sull'app da entrambe le parti coinvolte, mediante firma digitale. Questo processo garantisce la piena validità legale della firma contribuendo a rafforzare il rapporto lavorativo.

Following the conclusion of a match, Workings automatically proceeds to the conclusion of the employment contract. This contract is signed directly on the app by both parties involved, through digital signature. This process guarantees the full legal validity of the signature, helping to strengthen the working relationship.

Ciascun utente sulla piattaforma dispone di un proprio portafoglio digitale. Da una parte, i datori di lavoro hanno la possibilità di anticipare fondi sul wallet, come se stessero ricaricando un conto bancario, al fine di coprire i compensi per le prestazioni. Dall’altra parte, i lavoratori ricevono l'accredito dei compensi lavorativi direttamente sul loro portafoglio digitale. Le somme possono essere successivamente ritirate e trasferite direttamente sui conti bancari personali, semplificando così il processo di gestione in modo trasparente e agevole.

Each user on the platform has their own digital wallet. On the one hand, employers have the possibility to advance funds on the wallet, as if they were recharging a bank account, in order to cover the compensation for the performances. On the other hand, workers receive the credit of the work compensation directly on their digital wallet. The sums can then be withdrawn and transferred directly to personal bank accounts, thus simplifying the management process in a transparent and easy way.

Scaricare e utilizzare l’applicazione è completamente gratuito. Gli unici costi che sorgeranno per gli utenti, saranno quelli di attivazione del portafoglio digitale e di utilizzo del sistema Workings di firma elettronica e pagamento. Questi ultimi costi vengono internalizzati in una commissione percentuale sulla prestazione lavorativa a carico del datore di lavoro che verrà richiesta solo nel momento della firma del contratto lavorativo.

Downloading and using the application is completely free. The only costs that will arise for users will be those of activation of the digital wallet and use of the Workings electronic signature and payment system. These latter costs are internalized in a percentage commission on the work performance charged to the employer that will be requested only at the time of signing the employment contract.

Workings come piattaforma non risponde direttamente alle relative controversie che si possono creare, ma offre ai propri utenti una grande varietà di strumenti per mitigare ogni tipo di inconveniente. Nel caso di non presentazione dell’utente sul luogo di lavoro, Workings provvederà al rimborso della somma pattuita al datore di lavoro seppur trattenendo la commissione per l’utilizzo dei nostri servizi.

La piattaforma mette a disposizione diversi template contrattuali predefiniti, in modo da coprire un ampio range di necessità. Allo stesso tempo i datori di lavoro che preferiscono modificare i contratti a loro piacimento non dovranno fare altro che inviarci il loro template personalizzato, che nell’arco di tre giorni lavorativi verrà revisionato ed eventualmente approvato per l’utilizzo.
